Does anyone know how to upload a .sas7bdat file into ArcMap?

I've not used ArcMap but probably the easiest is to get the licence for the ESRI Connector https://support.sas.com/en/software/sas-bridge-for-esri-support.html - it works with ArcMap, so you wouldn't have any issues.

I don't know if ArcMap can handle KML, but there are a number of papers that walk through creating a KML file with SAS.  I've had great success doing this (see https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings17/1132-2017.pdf as an example).

Good luck and hopefully you can figure this out!

Chris
