Spider Plot

Hello,

 

How do I make a spider plot using SAS Visual Analytics (and also using SAS Base code)?

 

I would like to be able to use a spider chart to show changes in heath situations of people over times (we can refer to those as text variables Situation1, Situation 2 etc.), but then also be able to filter on a number of other variables associated with the person (we can refer to those as Var1, Var etc.).

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and responded to.
