There isn't any specific free materials as far as I am aware.  You can review the How To Videos at:

https://video.sas.com/category/videos/how-to-tutorials

Look through here:

https://www.sas.com/en_gb/certification.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIx4SO5rWX3wIVUuR3Ch2jcgYrEAAYASABEgJAg...

And get various books on the subject.
