Good Day, I want start self study for SAS certification on  SAS Certified Big Data Professional Using SAS 9. But i don't have any study materials, Please I want assistance on study materials and Guide. thanks

There isn't any specific free materials as far as I am aware.  You can review the How To Videos at:

Look through here:

And get various books on the subject.
