Dear all.

After I have got a new SSL certificate installed on my SAS Viya 3.2 server (Linux Redhat 7.2) and added a block of ram to each machine. Then I restarted the different services on the servers. Consequently, I am no longer able to upload any form of data to SAS Visual Analytics 8. I have tried with both a CAS transfer and a manual upload from my client. In both instances, I get a warning saying that there is no workers available. I have attached the error messages (error_from_VA.png, error_from_EGlog.png).

When I look around in the management console. Where both of my two workers (ca1p and ca2p) seems okay (CAS1.png, CAS2.png).

I checked the apache httpd service, which was my initial worry. I seems okay though (ApacheStatus.png).

Is there any suggestions? I’m a bit lost and confused.

All the error messages are attached in the pdf-file "error.pdf"

@Anbos,

First of all, I would suggest you upgrade your system to SAS Viya 3.4. The most recent version of SAS Viya. Also, I would like to review the CAS server logs from each machine, you can find them in /opt/sas/viya/config/var/log/cas/default directory. Besides that, I would like to review /tmp/cas-tls.log from each machine in your deployment (if exists).
