Row Level Security for Comments in SAS VA

Hi, 

I have created a Report With Employees data.

When Team Lead 1 opens the Report he can see all the data for employees under him.

When Team Lead 2 opens the Report he can see all the data for employees under him.

Both Team Lead 1 and Team Lead 2 Report to Manager 1.

When Manager 1 opens the Report he can see all the data for employees under Team Lead 1 and Team Lead 2.

I want to know whether the same can be applied to Comments, ie,

When Team Lead 1 opens the Report he can see the comments posted by him.

When Team Lead 2 opens the Report he can see the comments posted by him.

When Manager opens the Report he can see the comments posted by Both Team Lead 1 and Team Lead 2.
