I'm trying to run a test auto-forecast model. I uploaded a simple dataset that matches the format of sample forecasting dataset provided by SAS Viya.  The dataset uploads successfully. However, I get the following error when running the project:

"The project could not be opened and returned the following status: creatingProviderError"
 
Online support suggests to change the time zone to UTC. However, I'm not able to find the command line on SAS Viya. Here's the online troubleshoot suggestion:
 
Please let me know how to resolve this and create a auto-forecast model. Thanks!

More details on the error:

"Error initializing project 1f020d39-0571-4b94-8f26-6b1e517a50bc : The data specification could not be created.."
