Proc hptmine reports ERROR: The parameter is incorrect.

Hello, I have a faculty member that is getting this error from Enterprise Minor. This is from Text Mining. This is something that seemed to have worked prior to 2018. The faculty member seems to think there is something wrong with the installation. More likely the case is something has been updated and now a parameter he has used in the past is not valid. Does anyone have any thoughts?

It is an Image file of the error that was sent to us. 

attached is the instructions they sent us. The data file is too large to upload- 12 mb
