Disable Tooltip in SVG Graphics

Dear Community

are there other possibilities then choosing DEVICE=SVGnotip to disable the tooltip in SVG-Graphics? If not, how can I edit content and style of tooltips.

Without any information or examples its impossible to say for sure.  I would suggest you should look at creating the graph in GTL as that has more functionality (its whats behind sgplot and such), for example:
