Hello, I cannot remove the lock on my diagram, how do I find the folder to close the diagram or delete the lock? New user here. 

 

The file is saved someone on sas server... any tips or help would be great. Thank you.

The easiest way would be to get someone with remote session access to delete the lock file for you. Your SAS administrator or IT help desk should be able to do this.
