 I am using multilevel modeling. I have just one predictor which is height.  Its value lies between 0.3 to 0.9. The outcome is binary yes/no.

I used Proc Glimmix to get the following estimate;

Intercept: 0.09

Estimate for rank: 2.05

The estimate reflects that a unit increase in the rank; there is 2.05 odds of an increase in the outcome (yes).  I really want to calculate, how much predicted probability increase with a unit increase in the rank.

I would be really thankful if someone can help me with this

PROC GLIMMIX will produce predicted values via the OUTPUT statement and the ILINK option.

You can also use PROC PLM to predict values of new data
