Hello there, I am using a two-level hierarchical model, I have estimated the predicted probabilities for the independent variable ( range 0.3 to 0.9). Now I have to estimate the difference in the predicted probability between values 0 and 1 with the confidence interval. I would really be glad if someone could help me with this.
In fact, I have already calculated the predicted probabilities for 0 and 1 but have not been able to get the difference and confidence intervals.
Thanks in Advance

I would suggest start by showing the code for your existing model(s). That way someone may have an idea of what you have, or can add if needed reasonably.
