Calculating slope index of inequality

I am wondering if anyone has an idea on calculating the slope index of inequality in SAS in hierarchical regression analysis with binary outcome

Hello,

You get more response if you give a bit of context.

Not everybody is working in the same sector / area as yourself.

I had to look up what it was : "Slope Index of Inequality" (maybe it's because I'm not American, maybe it's widely known in the US?).

And hierarchical regression can also mean lots of things : it can be about the way variables enter into the model (respecting hierarchy or not), it can be about multi-level modelling, it can be other things.

Can you give a bit more context?
