I would apply the method proposed byVanderWeele to calculate E-value. Can you advise me  how to actually do the analysis in SAS.

Vander Weele is mentioned in that documentation for PROC CAUSALMED. Beyond that, I cannot help and I doubt anyone can help with such a brief problem explanation. Please explain the research problem in detail (in other words, write a good thorough complete explanation, not a one-sentence explanation, of the problem you are trying to solve, involving some sort of research that collects data and you want to learn something from that data), so that people will have some idea of what you want to do.

By the way, I doubt many people would recognize "Evalue" in your subject line, and so I strongly suggest you go back to your ORIGINAL post and edit the subject line so that it briefly describes the problem (which is not how to calculate evalue in SAS, it is that you are doing some research which should be described briefly).
