using a love plot to assess covariate balance after propensity-score matching

I created a propensity-score matched cohort. I would like to create a Love Plot to assess covariate balance. Would anyone have some sample code?

Based on Google search, this "Love Plot" looks like a simple dot plot with confidence band or reference lines.
