Does Sgplot have a function similiar to the proc boxplot function, INTERPOL= BOXT10.

If it does not, how might the function be generated using sgplot.

No, SGPLOT does not have this feature, and neither does GTL.  You could call it in to Tech Support, we can look into adding it for future release. 

GTL does support BoxPlotParm, where you can provide your own custom computed values for all the box statistics such as Q1, Q3, Mean, Median, including MIN and MAX.
