how to an infograph obtained from the SAS website

I recently noticed a infograph from the SAS website with following web address.

I wonder how SAS people create it and can be done by SAS graph programming?

Could anyone help to create the nice graph like this? Or any suggetions?

My guess is this visual was created using a software like MS Publisher or Photoshop or something similar.

While much of this visual can be created using ODS Graphics or SAS/GRAPH softeare, such visuals are not their raison d'etre.
