SGPLOT and Annotation

Does SGPLOT in 9.2 allow annotation?
I am trying to embed hyperlinks in a barchart.

You can use the URL= option on the VBAR/HBAR statement to do hyperlinking on the bar chart. Is that where you want the hyperlinks?

I do. But I also want to add some data geared annotations.
Is there no anno= feature in the new SG procs?
