How to display another informations (besides ID and Lables) of the actionable entity as a field in a

Hello. I want to display other informations of the actionable entity (which are not assigned as either Primary Key or entity lable) as a field of alert grids in alert page. As I know, enrichment data can enable admin to display other informations as a field of alert page. However, the alerts that I am handling have been triggered and created by a scenario defined in flow. So I am not sure if I can use enrichment json data. Is there any workaround for this?

I'm assuming you are referring to AML 7.1? You might want to check out the Extending SAS Anti-Money Laundering Detail Screens with Custom Content in the Administration Guide. I have found the API endpoint does not always have all the fields you want. If I understand your question correctly, you might find yourself in a situation where you need to perform a customization. My screenshot below uses the additional details section to add information.
