I'm assuming you are referring to AML 7.1? You might want to check out the Extending SAS Anti-Money Laundering Detail Screens with Custom Content in the Administration Guide. I have found the API endpoint does not always have all the fields you want. If I understand your question correctly, you might find yourself in a situation where you need to perform a customization.
