ECM Error in Part F

Users are encountering errors while adding or editing transactions in SAS Enterprise Case Miner in Part F of the Report. We have been observing that when users add at least 40 parties in either Part C or D of the report, this triggers an error. 

We also observed some kind of XMLSELECT error in the ECM application log. Not sure if that is related. 

Has someone encountered this before and if yes, what was the fix/workaround done for this? Aside from reduing the number of customers.
