Case Narrative Template - SAS AML 8.3, VI HF10

Hello Everyone!

Has anyone ever tried placing a template in the "Case Narrative" field (internal DB: fdhdata/fdhhistory.tm_cases.case_narrative) before? We need a setup where, when the "Create Case" disposition is applied, a predefined template is already available in the "Case Narrative" field, just like this:

Hello

In order to do that you will need to edit the case workflow and add an
"write in the entity field" action in the Start element.
