One of our clients would like to migrate to AML 8.3 but the main issue is that they investigate alerts in branches.
So there are around 1000 branches , each branch has also manager.
SO we were thinking about the solution for them, so we need 1000 queues + 1000 queues for managers of each branch? AD for each of them and specific workflow for each of them?
Or can you think about some better and smart solution?

we need some solution for the AGP process
means that only the branch of the customer should see the alert.
We have an entity customer, let's say this customer belongs to some branch, no we have an alert for this customer, so only the people from this branch should see this alert.

If you need to implement segregation on business unit level you should apply Entity RLS, for example for the customer Entity.
As for alerts you will need to implement RLS as well after you will make sure that the alerts are enriched with customer info such as branch # that should drive RLS.
