Rate Productivity capabillity

Hi,

I would like to remove the button from the Alert Activity control, I don't want that users will use this button from the alert activity (the investigators must fill the productivity level only when they make a disposition for an alert).

Can anyone tell me what is the capability (under permissions) that is responsible for that?  

I tried to find any information about this at the administration documentation but there is no mention for that..

Hi Idanar,

There isn't a capability that will specifically turn off the Rate Productivity button.

The button will not show if a user does not have the permissions to disposition the alert. The button is greyed out when:

• There are no unsuppressed SFEs
• The alert is checked in
• The alert is closed
