Connected VS Code with out SAS BI-Server running 9.4m8 using IOM, the SAS extension in VS Code displays: "Your connection does not support content navigation ..." Is there an option to enable - at least - a library explorer?
Hi @andreas_lds! Thanks for your interest in the SAS Extension for VS Code!
The short answer is... not yet, but it is coming soon.
The initial support for connecting to V9 servers via IOM (released in v1.6.0 last month) does not currently have support for a library explorer or data viewer (which are currently supported with Viya connections). However, those are our next two top priorities, which we are actively working on adding. Here are a couple issues in the GitHub project you can follow:
https://github.com/sassoftware/vscode-sas-extension/issues/680
https://github.com/sassoftware/vscode-sas-extension/issues/347
(we probably need to consolidate those two)

Good news, i am not blind or to stupid to use VS Code 😉
So i will wait, more or less patiently ....
To provide more context around why we have individual GitHub Issues that on first sight might overlap:
https://github.com/sassoftware/vscode-sas-extension/issues/347 represents a collection of IOM related features, and for most of those features we have individual entries that allow for tracking at a more granular level. The comments in this specific GitHub Issue has references to individual items.
Hope this helps,
Wilbram
