How to join two stored process

Hi I Have tWo types for stored processes one creates different datasets i.e bacterial, viral, fungal etc (total of 11 types) and other stored processes contains the statistical part (proc freq, proc glm etc). now i have to make connection between both these stored process. Currently what we have planned is to put those statistical STP in to all the data types and do it individually. but client feel its not Best way. so Can any one suggest how to two make connection between these STP?
