First things first. If you have not done so already, go register for SAS Explore, the complementary, virtual event from SAS, scheduled for September 27-29 (with regional options for EMEA and AP).

SAS Bowl XXIII, SAS Explore was a great primer for the event. We discussed SAS Explore details and also reminisced a little from events past. Check out the entire proceedings in the video below:

Game Highlights

  • SAS Explore is going to be a blast. So many sessions, so many special guests and keynotes, and SAS Bowl Trivia, live!
  • We learned Dr. Goodnight's SAS.ONE paper (in 1976) was on the GLM procedure.
  • You can buy avocados for cheap in Australia.
  • You can use Roman numerals when figuring out your tip amount at a restaurant.

Make sure to get registered, so you can #ExploreSAS.

Next up

On Wednesday, October 12, at 10 AM ET we'll host SAS Bowl XXIV, Ethics in Data Science. This is a very important topic that SAS has been working hard on bringing to the forefront. In this session we'll explore SAS' vision and available resources. Be sure to check the SAS Communities Events Calendar  for all the details.

Thanks @joeFurbee and SAS Support Communities team for hosting the SAS Bowl events. It is always so much fun each month to play, learn and banter with the SAS community. Thanks to all who participate. 😊

Joe, I'm loving your ingenious Roman Numerals questions and hopefully they continue. 🤞

See you on October 12 for the next one!
