Insert Photo while replying didn't work

Hi,

I just noticed that when I tried to insert a photo while replying to a post some weird string appears instead of the photo (.PNG 10KB). Then I edited my reply again and it showed the photo now. Did anyone one come across this weird behavior?

The message editor here is using Tiny-MCE, a rich text editor that supports HTML, etc.

I've searched for the MCEPASTEBIN issue and it looks like this is something that can happen occasionally -- but I've never seen it before.  It might have to do with how you added the picture (any copy/paste actions?) or your browser interaction.  If it plays up a lot, let us know.
