Advice on learning SAS

I would love to learn SAS and also become an expert in using SAS. Presently i am about starting my research project at the Master level and so i would need to do some analysis like ANOVA, PCA, CLUSTER ANALYSIS etc. However, i dont know the best resource to use owing to the fact that i have no prior programming experience. 

An Advice will be well appreciated
