restoring the default in SDW values

Hi All , 

I am trying to install sas grid and trying to install mid-tier on the server and I had tried couple time but every it is selecting the old saved values in the SDW for below tab :- 

I want to launch the SDW with default value . 

I have restored the SAS Home and SAS Config on the server . anything else I need to do ?

I think this gets pulled from ~/.SASAppData, so you could try renaming that directory.
