Dear friends,

I ran into a awkward situation: sasadm and all rest of the admin account was deleted from management console except the installer account we used.

Right now, the only user in mc is the installer account. GROUPs are remain the same.

Is there any method I can try to recovery those deleted account?

Thank you in advance,

Do a metadata recovery from your last SAS metadata backup in SMC and that will bring it back. Normally these are scheduled daily. Just make sure you recover from a version before you made the changes.

I tried to recreate the account with same name and assigned group. But there was a new error showed up during sas management console login test.

The error is "Repository is not registered.'. So somewhere I think we still missed one step.
