I found some TCPDEBUG.* files in the folders C:\Users\{USER_NAME} on a SAS 9.3 server .

Some of them are pretty large in size, from several hundreds MB to over 1 GB, consuming more and more space of my C: drive.

From the file names and contents, they look like some debug logs.

Is it OK to delete or archive them? And can I configure SAS not to generate them?

hm.... so, are they simply debug logs? Is it OK to delete or archive them?

And in usual practice, do people enable these logs in the Production environment? Would they be a big performance issue?
