Hi,

we seem to have some problems with the JobRunner. Distributed Reports from VA do not work - just nothing happens. Not even an error occurs.
So we wanted to have look into the logs, that this process generates. It seems to be DIP JobRunner or activemq.
In the activemq logs there is nothing helpfull - for the DIP we cant find any logs.
Where should we search them? Any ideas?

The DIP Job Runner logs are located in:

<sas-configuration-directory>/Levn/Web/Applications/SASWIPSchedulingServices9.4/dip/DIPJobRunner.log

and

<sas-configuration-directory>/Levn/Web/Applications/SASWIPSchedulingServices9.4/dip/serviceLog/DIPJobRunnerService.log

SASServer1_1 is where the scheduling service runs that pushes to the DIP Job Runner, that service is part of WIP Services, its log is in:

<sas-configuration-directory>/Levn/Web/Logs/SASServer1_1/SASWIPServices9.4.log

And SASServer1_1's logs are:

<sas-configuration-directory>/Levn/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer1_1/logs/catalina.out

<sas-configuration-directory>/Levn/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer1_1/logs/server.log

Thank you!
We found it... didn't expect it at the compute tier.

With the log we also found the needed error message to find this problem note now atleast we now that a hotfix destoyed the environment... again....
