URI for SAS Viya Intelligent Decisioning

Hi all, 

 

I am trying to limit access to SAS Viya Intelligent Decisioning 5.4. I have referenced this document https://documentation.sas.com/api/docsets/edmag/5.4/content/edmag.pdf?locale=en

however I am yet to find the URI for the web portal so that I can change the rule in Environment Manager. Ultimately I want to restrict access to the application. Any advice would be appreciated.
