We have given WRS access to an external customer ,it was working fine till friday. but now he is not able access.what will gone wrong ? what to check now? how to find out the physical path for WRS
What exactly fails? Is the website not accessible, or does the Logon Manager not come up correctly, or is there a problem while logging on?
Check that the user in question has the necessary permissions on the SAS folder where reports should be stored.
