When starting SAS, a user gets the warning 'disk full out of resources'. What does this warning mean? What can be done to prevent this message?

Does this message come from the operating system before the SAS process starts, or does it appear in the SAS log?

If it's the second, please post the relevant portion of the log with the code immediately preceding the message.

Hi,

as a temporary solution you could run the cleanwork utility:http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/hostwin/67962/HTML/default/viewer.htm#p03ktuo5yud2usn1qa...

to clean up your WORK and utility files.

Thanks

Anja
