WSE 3.0 CPM Client Requirement

1. In Cost & Profitability Mgmt. solution 8.4, WSE 3.0 is listed as a requirement for the client, the docs advise this could be installed from the depot (CPM order) but we could not find it.  Any idea what search keyword to use?
2. WSE support ended with .NET 2.0 (circa 2005) and is replaced by Win communication Foundation (WCF), is there a plan for this change?

TY, it actually was in a sub folder as you suggested, the title began with wse* and it was a sub-folder to a product folder. I will accept your answer as solution.
