Hi,

there are several sites availabe that provide information and details about software updates.

Please take a look at:

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/whatsdiff/66129/HTML/default/viewer.htm#installsteps.htm

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/whatsdiff/66129/HTML/default/viewer.htm#n0s8eybnxwtw1vn1...

For backups:

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/bisag/68240/HTML/default/viewer.htm#n1n8fnuni6kbjgn1805i...

(As for backups: it is generally very important to have a valid backup in place. Without a valid daily backup, your metadata

are at risk should a restore ever become necessary. The link will provide you with all important information you'd need to know.)

Best

Hello @CesarFreitas

You can refer to this guide for software updates:

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/whatsdiff/66129/PDF/default/whatsdiff.pdf

It's always advisable to backup config folders before any upgrade/Changes on all the machines In order to restore.

Thanks!
