this is the error i am getting after entring correct ADFS creds.

Is this in Viya? It sounds like the identities configuration is incorrect, have you checked the identities service logs?

Yes identity service log is not having any error

you may also want to check the saslogon log.

Was there ever a solution found for this? I'm facing this issue now. I currently have a ticket/case in with SAS
