We recently upgraded our SAS software from 9.4 M5 to M7. Whenever we attempt to access any webapps, the traffic is routed to 8343/SASSNA  instead of 443. If you attempt access again, we are routed to the correct port which is 443.

Any ideas what's causing the problem?

correct uel- works when access is attempted a second time. Access remains stable until we restart our browser. This issue occurs with all webapps.

You should check the configuration in metadata. From SAS Management Console, navigate to the Plug-ins tab and select Application Management -> Configuration Manager ->  SAS Application Infraestructure. Right click to every web application select properties -> Internal connection and check port and protocol, change to the correct values, you need to restart Midtier services

Windows or Unix backend? 443 is correct for Windows, 8343 is for Unix, at least according to the Documentation.
