SAS Viya. Modify list of links to applications visible in a menu

By default I don't see all the accessible applications, for eg. SAS Job Execution is missing.  

How can I modify the list of other applications visible in Viya?

If you want to go to jobs menu item select "Manage environmen't and you will see a little gear on  the left which is the icon for jobs.
