SAS Model manager 14.3 when selecting an object or project throws an error Type error 1009

After we install SAS Mid tier - We encountered this error in SAS Model manger 14.3 - 

We just tried open a project and object and it throws an Type error 1009 - if anybody has any idea please post it here 

SAS Version - SAS 9.4 M5 and model manager version is 14.3 , other componenets are SAS Business rules manager 3.2

Error 1009 in a flex based application is a null object deference. The best way to investigate this is to deploy the debugging version of the Adobe Flash plugin for your browser, replicate the error to try get some more details about the error then get this raised with SAS support.
