Hello,
I have JRE runtime Error and I have difficulty resolving it...I have the following LOG when I run the JRE Options....
I try to do one of the listed troubleshooting in the document below and would not work for me...( didnt know how to )
Could someone help me resolve this issue???

Its not clear in your post as to what error you are getting. And if according to the Troubleshooting link till where you have tried making the changes. Can you share more details.
Hello Keane, Thanks for the reply. i tried to make changes as pointed in the SASV9 document on the following filke after opening in notepad.
Unfortunately , it says I do not have administrative rights.

Ah Microsoft has changed C:\Program Files\ default permissions. You need to run Notepad as an Administrator.
