I have two users running SAS Enterprise Guide 8.1 who cannot complete an import. On the first step the Next and Finish buttons are grayed out, as shown below. I don't know much about SAS, so I am stumped. I have reinstalled the software, but that made no difference. My gut feeling is that there is some other piece of software missing, like a specific version of .NET or something. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Thanks in advance for any help that you can offer!

Do all those users really have a complete local SAS installation, or should they rather use a server connection?
I had the same question. I have posed that question to the users, but have not yet received a reply. I will update this thread when I have that information.

Sorry for the delay in updating this thread. The users I have been working with were out of the office.
I was finally able to to confirm today that it was indeed an issue with the server setting. The users did not have a profile created and set active. The issue has now been resolved.
