Dears

Please need your help.

I was doing a weekly house keeping activity for SAS GRC 9.2 on Windows server 2008.

The issue when want to login to the web app it shows a message that SAS Enterprise GRC 9.2 license check failed.

Run the proc setinit; and the license is still active for a year.

In the logs it says:

SAS OpRisk server license check an error was encountered while checking the Base SAS license

SAS OpRisk Monitor web environment licence configuration check failed

Note: only one server using SAS GRC 9.2 for three tires. Meta, Compute, and web.

Thanks

Have a look at SAS Usage Note 49750: To extend the expiration date for particular SAS® solutions and products, you .... It lists GRC as one of the products that requires the SAS license to be present in metadata too. Did you follow that extra step when you applied the latest SAS license? You can find out more at Updating Setinit Information in Metadata.
