SAS EVM data collection for some of the metrics not working for a particular platform even though it is enabled. Could someone please help me with this?

Hi Anand,

Thanks for your inputs. The issue got resolved after deleting data, log directory and restarting the hq agent.

Hi @SangaviS 

 

Data is collected by the SAS EVM agents running on that machine and transferred back to the EVM Manager node. If you don't see any data could be there isn't activity related to that metric or the agent has some problem to send to the data back manager node. 

 

you can look for any errors in evm agent and manager logs to see if there are any errors reported. This link has path names for various logs for ref.
