Hello everyone,

In our company the passwords for the users where changed.

We have a job in Data Management that is configured to run with a user that the password changed.

I changed the password in the job, and when I run it now I receive the error :

2020-11-25T15:53:13,361 INFO JobMon: PROC | 0 | 2020-11-25 15:53:13,347 | 2020-11-25 15:53:13,362 | ERROR | SAS_CODE_STRING_6 | 48:SAS Code to extract users and groups for the RLS | Job submission to host XXXX port 8591 fails..

The funny part is that if I configured the job to run with my account it works. My user and the user that used to run the job have the same privileges in SMC.

Do you have any suggestions, on how I can make again this job to run ?

Thanks

Any chance the user was locked out due to wrong password being used?

Did you reschedule the job after changing the password?

Hello,

The job was not rescheduled, because is not a scheduled job, it is job in SAS Data Management Studio.

Thanks
