High level installation steps for a single server:

1. Order Software
2. Download SAS Software Depot
3. Make sure OS updates are in place
4. Confirm & update OS to meet SAS System Requirements (SAS System Requirements)
5. Obtain SAS Plan file
6. Perform steps in SAS Pre-Installation Checklist (Add OS users, groups, check ports, etc.  See checklist file)
7. Run the SAS Deployment Wizard to install and configure SAS
8. Perform post installation tasks
9. Validate & test the installation

The word interview indicates that the OP is preparing for some kind of position, please clarify the background to your inquiry.
A bit odd to learn 9.3 rather 9.4 deployment. Install/configuration is a quite limited task.
