Hi All,

I am trying to start lsadmin but it is failing with below error :-

MG18_0-1660565726225.png

Error :- Do_hosts /sas/grid/pss/lsf/conf/lsf.cluster.sas (55):invalid hostname L0402172.opd.ads.ux.xxx-ins.com  in section host. Ignoring host .

I have checked the file  /sas/grid/pss/lsf/conf lsf.cluster.SAS and

lsf.cluster.SAS.known_good.

It has one incorrect entry as below :-

That error is from examining the configuration but it is not failing, LIM still started up. Removing or commenting out that line from the configuration file or in the SAS Grid Manager web application should prevent the error message.

Under the LSF Configuration select the current configuration, then under cluster hosts remove the problem host. Save the configuration and then apply it.

In most script inserting "#" as the first character on the line, comments it out. The should be one approach to comment out unwanted lines.
Where possible, on Unix OS, this is my preferred approach.
