Do not receive any GUI error the installation starts and then stops.  The log file has the following:

First of all, please read this SAS note: http://support.sas.com/kb/61/605.html. If that won't help, try to increase the heap size when you start SAS Deployment Wizard: http://support.sas.com/kb/40/012.html.
